Product Maintenance Manual
Maintenance Guidelines:
Oil Seepage:
If you notice slight oil seepage on the doll surface, it is a normal phenomenon. Simply use a dry towel to gently wipe it off and apply baby powder to maintain the surface texture.
Cleaning Instructions:
If the silicone surface becomes dirty, you may clean it with soap, shampoo, or body wash. Once the surface is dry, apply baby powder to keep the model in optimal condition.
Handling Wrinkles:
If the doll's joints remain bent for an extended period, wrinkles may appear on the surface. However, due to the natural elasticity of silicone, these wrinkles will disappear after a period of use if the model is kept in a relaxed and comfortable position.
Makeup Maintenance:
The doll's makeup is applied using specialized silicone-based pigments that are odorless, non-toxic, and long-lasting. However, avoid excessive rubbing, especially on the face, eyebrows, and eyelashes, as this may lead to fading or hair loss. If fading occurs, buyers can follow our instructions for touch-ups or reapplication, though results may vary based on individual skill levels.
Cosmetic Application:
The doll can be further enhanced with regular cosmetics such as lipstick and blush. For more details, please contact customer service.
Repair Instructions:
Preventing Damage:
Although silicone is soft and flexible, improper use can cause cracks, wrinkles, or even severe damage. Avoid using sharp objects on the silicone surface. Some individuals tend to press or scratch the model with their fingernails to test softness, which often results in nail marks that cannot be avoided. Do not cut the silicone surface, as any incision can quickly lead to further tearing and complete damage.
Repairing Damages:
If the doll becomes damaged, stop using it immediately and proceed with repairs using our specialized silicone adhesive. Follow these steps:
Positioning: Adjust the model so that the crack is in a closed position.
Cleaning: Clean the damaged area and surrounding surface, ensuring it is dry before applying adhesive.
Applying Adhesive: Use a moderate amount of silicone adhesive on the crack. The layer should be slightly thicker than lipstick but not excessive, as extra adhesive may remain on the outer surface.
Alignment & Fixation: Carefully align and seal the crack, holding it in place until the adhesive sets. Note that this is not an instant adhesive (like super glue), so allow a few minutes for the initial setting.
Curing Time: The silicone adhesive requires 24 hours to fully cure. During this period, do not move or apply pressure to the repaired area.
